Carrying out a variety of research techniques (including quantative, qualitive and system textual analysis), we took a problem focused approach when architecting and prototyping the original concepts.
Aimed at companies who had little to no experience with Cyber Security, brand guidelines and voice were developed with a heavy influence on “cut the bullshit” plain-English ethos.
Development of the applications took a test driven approach, focusing on secure and componentised development. A variety of frontend (including handlebars, ember) and backend (including laravel) frameworks were used.
Marketing sites were designed and developed based on the data and problems found during the research techniques, and were expanded upon focusing on speed (ease to read, lightweight builds and page load times). Copy was written based on clear intentions and refactored multiple times to convey the message in as little words, without losing its original meaning. Print literature was also developed using a similar approach.
Further research techniques are carried out regular intervals to help gain insight into improving the existing products as well as carve out future development requirements.
